Watch Invictus Launch:
We build and test Custom GSE
Also referred to as the 4 inch class launch pad, this pad has launched three rockets. It was certified with SS-Tooson Vehicle 2, and then battered by Invictus Flight 1. The entire flame trench was rebuilt after that flight, the flame diverter was upgraded, and this pad will likely survive up to I class motors now. It most recently launched Invictus Flight 2.
This pad is a unique design, referred to by us as a "trenchstool." It combines a launch stool with a small flame trench, and was recently used for the first time to launch BAR Flight 2 and Exela's SoberRocket. It supports light rockets with up to a single F15 motor.
Our static fire stand has supported two static fires now, first the Low Power QSF, which qualified it for static fires, and then the High Power QSF, which qualified the design for high power firings with up to ten pounds of thrust.
