Introducing Our New L1 Rocket

Watch Invictus Launch:
APRIL 25, 2025
As we have progressed with other rockets, such as Invictus, we have realized the difficulty and expense that originates from building at an unnecessary diameter. For the ASA SXC Level 1 certification attempt, we dont want to compromise.Â
Meet our new rocket, HOLT!
HOLT, named for The Holt, a region in Doom Eternal, is a 3 inch diameter high power rocket and our first truly high power rocket. Its first flight will fly on an Aerotech H128 with a 10 second delay, reach an altitude of 1900 feet, and go half the speed of sound while hopefully earning us a Level 1 certification.
This rocket could launch on June 7th, but this is nearly impossible given all the prerequisites for an L1 certification attempt and an L1 rocket in general. It is more likely that it launches on August 24th, the next high power launch opportunity. All launches of this rocket this year, if there is more than one, will occur in Muncie, Indiana in partnership with Wright Stuff Rocketeers and the NAR.
Invictus HPR will still happen one day, but HOLT will clear the way for it.
